Social Engagement Manager

The Longevity Day Club is seeking an energetic, entrepreneurial Social Engagement Manager to help launch an innovative daytime wellness community for active older adults in Merritt Island, Florida.

This is more than an activities position, it's an opportunity to build meaningful relationships, create inspiring experiences, and foster a vibrant community where members can connect, learn, and live with purpose. As one of our founding team members, you'll help shape the culture of the Longevity Day Club while developing programs that support healthy aging, lifelong learning, and social connection.

What You'll Do

• Design and lead engaging daily programs, events, and social experiences.
• Welcome new members and help create an exceptional member experience.
• Build relationships with members, families, and community partners.
• Coordinate guest speakers, educational workshops, entertainment, and special events.
• Develop volunteer opportunities and intergenerational programming.
• Partner with local organizations, nonprofits, healthcare providers, and businesses to expand programming and member benefits.
• Foster a warm, inclusive, and energetic environment where every member feels connected and valued.
• Help establish the culture and traditions of the Longevity Day Club from the ground up.

Preferred Background

Experience in recreation, hospitality, event planning, senior living, community engagement, marketing, social work, education, nonprofit leadership, or a related field is preferred. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and creating memorable experiences.
